Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your scheduled time (24 hours for larger jobs like moving and renovation). Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee.
How does the satisfaction guarantee work?
If you are not happy with the service, contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange for the provider to return and redo the work at no additional cost, or we will issue a refund.
Can I tip my provider?
Yes. Tipping is optional and 100% goes to the provider. You can add a tip through the app after the service is complete.
